One Health research has many facets and is very diverse in its design. However, one characteristic is a prerequisite: the interdisciplinarity of the research projects, as One Health cannot be realised by one discipline alone. The Spring School 2025 of the One Health Platform on 25 March in Hanover was therefore dedicated to the topic of "Interdisciplinary Scientific Networking".

Is there a method you would like to learn in another laboratory? Would you like to collect research data together with collaborators at another institution? In these cases, a One Health Training Grant (OHTG) from the One Health Platform could help you.
One Health is a broad term. To bring this concept to life, scientists need to be introduced to the concept at an early career stage in order to lay the foundations for the future of One Health.
Gaining knowledge in science is a slow and tough process that is characterized by a multitude of errors, new beginnings and revisions. Misconceptions, according to which research moves purposefully from a given assumption towards a new knowledge that is valid for all time, often lead to misunderstandings between society, politics and science. However, dealing with failures can also be a challenge for young scientists, especially if the topic is taboo or expectations are particularly high.

The International One Health Symposium will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 17 - 19.10.2024.
Dear members of the One Health Platform, dear One Health researchers,
We would like to inform you that it is now possible to submit applications for funding for pilot projects under the umbrella of the One Health Platform (OHP) until April 12, 2024.
